Delete Your Andy Account

You can request deletion of your Andy account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to do that and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from within the app:

• Open Andy
• Go to Settings
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion

Alternatively, email hello@macu.studio with the subject line Delete My Account and we will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

• Your account credentials (email address, name)
• All mood entries, notes, tags, and media you have logged
• Your streak history and preferences
• All onboarding responses and settings

What May Be Retained

We may retain the following for a limited period after deletion:

• Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
• Records required for legal or compliance purposes (retained for up to 90 days)
